WHAT IS SPIRITUAL CARDIO
Spiritual Cardio is like a two-for-one deal: you get to work on your physical fitness while also nurturing your spiritual well-being. It's like killing two birds with one stone except you're not killing anything (phew!). You'll be doing mindfulness and meditation practices during your workouts, and using positive affirmations and visualization techniques to feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
